We are proud of Walther – model PP, PPK, PPK/S. The Walther PP (police pistol) series pistols are blowback-operated semi-automatic pistols. They feature an exposed hammer, a traditional double-action trigger mechanism, a single-column magazine, and a fixed barrel which also acts as the guide rod for the recoil spring.
Location: Franklin County, MADescription: Manurhin -Walther PP Sport in box, Unfired, NOSAccessories: Extra mag (new or used mags are scarce and start at $150.00), box, cleaning brushes, period brochureSelling Terms: Cash ( possible partial trades-inquire!),Price: $1595.00 or best offer.Contact Information: Text/call 413-537-3206This was purchased unfired since sold to me as new (NOS) from Earl's Repair Service, Inc., which is the (only) Factory Direct Walther Representative in the U.S. No wear or marks and NO IMPORT MARKS. The last Manurhins were made in 1986. This early production example is one of the last available new ones from the U.S. The box has the correct items; pistol in oil (I had to wipe most of it off to photograph the pistol) one (1) extra new mag, cleaning brushes, and literature. The box is the proper one for a late 50's / early 60's. Though the box number is 60576 and the pistol number is 60503, I am fairly certain the two numbers are close enough to be from the same production week in the late 50's.Please excuse the dust specks in the photos! As many know, all Walther PPs post war from 1952 to 1986 were produced in France by Manurhin.
Sometime during the 60’s Germany was allowed to produce these again. However, the Walther and Manurhin Sport PPs were still produced by Manurhin. The Walthers were shipped in the white to Ulm, Germany so they could be roll marked with the Walther banner and blued. In the late 70s Walther began to move some of the production of the “German” PPs to other countries.
The story goes on but, bottom line.if you want a well crafted and beautifully finished post war PP, get one made at Manurhin (As most were up to 1986).This is single action only. I have a 'shooter' grade for myself and can say these are incredible shooters. They point naturally and (I feel) are the equal of my Colt Woodsman Match Target. Note that all Manurhins up to the end of production are also C&R per the BATF list. Please contact for additional photosAsking $1595.00/ best offer. A partial trade (I like older, C&R items, like Colt Woodsmans, Colt Ace & so on.but.) may be considered. Cash only.Statement of Legal compliance:I will comply with all Federal and State Laws.
If the firearm is to be shipped, you must provide me with a signed copy of your dealer's FFL (or your 03FFL if this is a Curio and Relic). For private party face-to-face transactions (only permitted by Fed law when both buyer and seller live in same state), I will meet all applicable state and federal laws. When ammunition, magazines or other regulated items are sold/bought or traded as part of this transaction, I agree to follow all applicable local, state and federal laws and regulations pertaining to these items.
